Preparation:

In a large & heavy pot, add in popcorn kernel, sugar (if necessary), oil and some butter (additional). Stirring constantly over medium heat until 3-4 kernel pop. Cover the pot and remove the pot from heat.

Additional step: heat the popcorn into oven for shining look

** if using Caramel Sugar or Golden Caramel Sugar no need to add butter
