Shipping

All orders are shipped within 2 - 5 business days.  If the order is placed on a holiday, or weekend, we will ship the next business day.

We offer few courier service. The buyer may choose their preferred courier service during checkout. The availability of the courier service is automatically appear according to recipient’s address.

The buyer may get the tracking number once the order have been fulfilled. The tracking number will be available on the order history through our website and at the same time the buyer will get notified via registered email.

Shipping cost will be calculated according to total order's weight and recipient's address. All orders must be prepaid include shipping cost. Shipping cost charges are not refundable. If we sent to you a wrong product on our mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost for you.

We do not post to P.O. Box address.

Return

We accept item's to be return. If the buyer changed mind and wish to return the item(s), please contact us and return within 72 hours after the item(s) received. The return item(s) must be in original packaging and in good condition. The buyer will responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Refund will be made after the returned item(s) received at our location within 7 business days. We will only refund the purchase price, excluding the shipping cost.

Cancellation

We accept cancellation to any order before the item(s) is shipped. Please contact to us to make the cancellation. Refund will be made within 7 business days.
